A thoughtful pickup partner.
We are looking for a suitable private-property host for a small, scheduled pickup pilot. We would agree the footprint, hours, arrival limits, signs, cleanup and stop conditions in writing.
No cooking or sampling is proposed. Entrances, accessible spaces, pedestrian routes and normal tenant activity must remain clear. We would review applicable local requirements and insurance documentation before starting.
Now Is All There Is.
I’m Jay, the founder and grower behind NIATI Mushrooms. I’m building this business around fresh food, truthful information and stronger connections between neighbors and the food grown around them.
We’re beginning with the harvest we can actually deliver. The wider community vision will grow with our capacity.
